Qingdao Seawin Biotech Group Co., Ltd. Was established on August 18, 2000, with registered capital of RMB 132 million and total asset of RMB 500 million. We are engaged in the development and engineering use of marine biological resources as well as R&D, production, and marketing of relevant products. The company owns two production bases in Jiaozhou and Weihai, covering an area of 23 hectares. In 2009, we invested in the "Enteromorpha Recycling Base", the only one in China to process green seaweed in a professional way, with an area of 4 hectares in Jiaozhou Economic Development Zone.

With 15 years' steady development, we have formed an industrial frame of "New seaweed fertilizers, Ocean organism products, International trade and Marine environmental engineering services". We've developed nine subsidiaries and established the group company whose main business is to make use of marine biological resources.

We employed many experts in the field of ocean organism technology from Ocean University of China and other research institutes to set an Enterprise Technical Expert Committee, ensuring advanced scientific research based on theory and technology. Our company pays great attention to technology innovation and intellectual property protection, and now we have owned 36 patented technologies. The company was granted "Hi-tech Industrial Enterprise" by the Chinese government in 2009. In 2013, the R&D center was identified as "National Green Seaweed Research and Application Technology Center" and "Shandong Academician Workstation" was established. The "Enteromorpha Resourceful Utilization Research and Demonstration" project won the highest prize of the State Oceanic Administration in ocean engineering technology in 2014.

The main product, seaweed fertilizer, has obtained IMO Organic Certification of EU for eight consecutive years and won China Green Food Production Materials Certification in 2012, occupying the biggest share in domestic seaweed fertilizer market at present. SEAWINNER seaweed fertilizer was exported into International market in 2004 and command a ready market in more than 40 countries and regions such as Europe, America, Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia.

Being Environmental friendly and highly efficient, SEAWINNER fertilizer is the only recommended fertilizer for pollution-free vegetable bases in 2008 Olympic Sailing Regatta and the special fertilizer for 2014 Qingdao International Horticultural Exhibition. We have donated fertilizer valued more than RMB 6 million to the municipal greening projects, which reflects the company's philosophy for public benefit and social responsibilities.
